We know you take your Steak-cation seriously, and so do we. That’s why we grill all of our meat on a top of the line Hobart grill for perfect grill marks and temperature. Each piece is hand-cut using our Hobart bandsaw, which allows us to slice through any bone with ease.
You don’t have to travel far for a Steak-cation, and neither does our beef. All of our steaks are hand-cut by Chef Francisco Barrios himself and are locally sourced right here in California. This means they stay consistent and tender, so no matter what cut you choose, you always have a delicious steak experience.
