We know you take your Steak-cation seriously, and so do we. That’s why we grill all of our meat on a top of the line Hobart grill for perfect grill marks and temperature. Each piece is hand-cut using our Hobart bandsaw, which allows us to slice through any bone with ease.

You don’t have to travel far for a Steak-cation, and neither does our beef. All of our steaks are hand-cut by Chef Francisco Barrios himself and are locally sourced right here in California. This means they stay consistent and tender, so no matter what cut you choose, you always have a delicious steak experience.


The Duke

Searching for a classic Steak-cation? This time-honored piece of meat that would make Marion Michael Morrison himself proud. Sixteen ounces of corn-fed, California top sirloin, grilled to perfection. “Make it bleu” by adding our bleu cheese option for an extra shot of flavor.


The Cowboy

After a hard day on the range, you deserve the best Steak-cation you can get. This eighteen ounces of bone-in ribeye is grilled exactly right, using only salt and pepper. Add some of our brandy peppercorn sauce and you’ve got the perfect ending to your day.


The Upgrade

When you’re looking for the next level in red-meat, Steak-cation goodness, this is it. Ten ounces of bacon filet mignon, hand-cut and grilled flawlessly. Wanna boost the experience even further? Add the bordelaise sauce for some extra flavor enhancement.
